My absolute Typographic hero (or heroine) - her work with typography and illustration is some of the best i've seen online, she has provided me with so much inspiration in recent years. If ever I feel that i'm lacking passion or struggling for some design ideas, I will peruse this website and enjoy all the visual delights it provides!
Hoefler & Frere-Jones
Introduced to me years ago, it was love at first sight with the typefaces that are produced here. They are eloquently designed, multi-functional (web and print) and very elaborate with many glyphs included. My personal favourites from here are Requiem and the Knockout series; fonts designed from old boxing posters as their inspiration, i love boxing and I love type - naturally I love Knockout!

Emigre
Throughout my time at University one of our Lecturers would always talk about how cool, funky and exciting Emigre were! At the time I didn't think too much of them and didn't really like their fonts, but now many years later I am a firm fan of them!
